Monarch Recovery Sober Living offers a unique, comprehensive sober living program in Ventura, California: We combine an holistic approach with the combined with 12 step based programs that we have found that statistically are the best chances at not returning to substance use.

Relapse Prevention

Relapse prevention is woven throughout our entire curriculum. Upon completion of the eight-week intensive outpatient program, patients immediately begin attending a weekly relapse prevention group. Here, current patients interact with program graduates to see how they are successfully implementing the skills they have learned in treatment in their ongoing recovery and daily life.

Our outpatient program boasts pleasant year-round weather and are easily accessible, making any of them an ideal place to begin or continue your journey of recovery. In these safe and nurturing communities, individuals are guided through the process of examining the underlying causes of addiction and co-occurring disorders. The goal is for each person to gain the courage to face difficult issues, confront grief and loss, heal from emotional trauma, and become accountable for their own feelings, behaviors, and recovery.
