Monarch Recovery's program provides a structured, client-centered approach to our clients with an open state of mind to provide honesty, accountability, integrity, and service to themselves and those around them to help each other reach their common goal.
Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, growth oriented environment to our residents and provide them perspective and hope to continue to grow substantially, in order to place hope and faith into their lives. Our programs include treatment, family therapy, motivational interviewing, managing finances, individual one on one mentoring and after care. Utilizing common experiences allow us to relate with our clients helping them maximize their potential, develop their skills, and become the person they want to be.

Co-Founder
Tyler Bowman
Tyler is a passionate and dedicated individual in recovery since 2017. Hailing from Ventura, CA, he is deeply committed to being of service and helping others on their journey to healing and growth. Motivated by his own experience, Tyler’s life goal is to make a lasting impact on those in recovery, guiding and supporting them as they strive for transformation. Through his unwavering dedication, he continues to inspire others to embrace change and reach their fullest potential.
Co-Founder
Shaun Belanger
Shaun is a dedicated advocate for recovery and community support. After working in the oil fields, he discovered his true passion—helping others overcome the challenges of addiction and mental health struggles. In recovery since 2009, Shaun has been an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous, giving back to his community with empathy and compassion. Committed to making a difference, he continues to support those in need, striving to uplift and empower individuals on their journey toward healing and transformation.
Our Purpose
Since our opening, we purpose has been dedicating our lives to helping others. Our commitment to helping others achieve one common goal to maintaining a clean and sober environment has always been at the top of the list. Monarch Recovery is a safe and healthy environment for those struggling with substance use disorder.
